a bushel and a peck

just thought id recommend a blog that i regularly read...

the author behind 'a bushel and a peck' is an old friend of mine that i met once upon a time whilst camping as a kid in france. im loving naomi's post about vintage china... and its kind of inspired me! rather than buy a new set of china, why not collect vintage pieces from along your travels. so i got out my plates that i picked up about a year ago...

and thought that i could go with the whole royal theme, what with them having a crown on them. it may sound tacky but i would really like some royal wedding merch (tat), and so ive got my eye on these emma bridgewater plates...

and then i can start collecting vintage pieces from previous royal weddings/coronations etc in charity shops/car bootsales when i find them.

because who doesnt love a bit of princess Di?

check out naomi's post here... http://a-bushelandapeck.blogspot.com/2011/01/something-old.html
