paint? no thanks
i love unfinished walls and paint work, i think the texture is just so beautiful and photogenic... altho can only imagine the annoying comments from people who come round to visit!
letters and doodles, doodles and letters
these have been sitting on my desktop for a while, and now im not sure where i saw them, but i love a good print, postcard, or drawing, so thought i would share...
this was a revamp on a table, and the poem was chiselled into the surface, so gorgeous, and pretty brave to just go for it and commit to the hammering!!
these are wedding invites and stationary, love the natural look to them, no pukey pink or chunder in a bucket cheesy tackyness!
typography poster, and flowers separated into various random glass bottles, nice!
how amazing is this kids bedroom?? great idea to paint the tree pattern on the wall, turns it into a mini secret garden with the bird houses to store treasure!
looks like a rob ryan print, (unless its a shameless copy!) one of my favourite artists, no house is complete without it!
cute print, like the fresh, simpleness to this room...
love love this desk, altho the black table top makes it a bit too macho for my taste...but check out the photobooth picture, need to try this out... man i love a good b&w photobooth strip, theres a machine in hoxton, but trouble is i dont get over there much these days! day trip soooooon.
simple, sweet, love it.
diy bday cards, all you need is a biro and some paper, never need hallmark or clintons again!

gutted
i was bidding on a drinks trolley on ebay a few weeks ago, my max was £40 because I needed to also drive an hour to go and pick it up, so I was a bit unsure about it. I lost the bid, but then I realised that it went for £41 and I was gutted. Been looking for something as nice ever since, but havent found anything! Then I came across this on flickr - and it was almost exactly like this one! so so gutted! ill find something eventually!!
wrist action
when I was younger I used to have lots of tiny silver bracelets that I used to wear on one hand. Eventually they either broke, or were lost. Ive never really found any replacements, so when I see pics like this (garancedore.fr) i feel jealous, and want some! Am on the look out for pretty gold or leather ones, something that I can wear always and that doesnt need to come off in the shower (im too lazy see!)
we will rock you

no regrets
am in bed eating marmalade on toast, feeling proud and glad, and thankful that i am not other people. i am glad that i havent given up my dreams and ambitions for anything and anyone, and think its such a waste of a life hearing everyone else just semi happy with what theyve managed to get for themselves.

a little goes a long way
bad shoes, great legs
ive been terrible
there are just not enough hours in the day... i literally do not know where the time goes. i work long hours, and my home time seems to go by even quicker because of it. i love work, infact sometimes i dont even want to leave on a friday, but im still pretty pooped! anyway, am becoming an expert on early filmakers, and i screen grabbed these shots whilst doing endless hours of research, and the terrible thing is i cant remember the name of this film or who its by, so i will have to figure that out and add it on later! but i love that back in 1900 there was no need for special effects, you just had to rewind the camera or switch the film around! amazing!
