i have been momentarily sucked back into the past, and the photo below needs to keep me focused. Im so glad its this august and not last august. mix the 3 men below, and it creates my ideal man! must ....keep ....moving ....forward! btw, i dont know what to do with myself now that 'on thin ice' isnt on anymore on sundays!

death valley

whilst travelling around america last summer, we stupidly stopped in death valley. little did we realise that it was megga hot (50degrees c) with no shade and no air con in our camper. however we did run into a photographer and his crew on a shoot, and we tagged along for the day and drank their ice cold water (ours was luke warm! mmm nice). ended up being a bizarre few days and we ended the experience by heading to vegas (woop woop!) and checking into a hotel (with aircon). here are the pics which can be found in drama magazine www.drama-magazine.com

door colour

im trying to persuade my folks to repaint their front door this colour, it was originally this crazy bright apple green that the previous owners had, but theyve sanded it down now and are off to buy paint. this door belongs to a lovely house in kensington!

some serious blubbage!

saw 'my sister's keeper' last night. i havent read the book, which is apparently much much better. but i really liked the movie, completely heart wrenching but in a beautiful lovely family sort of way. also nice to see cameron not doing a rom com! but i did cry all the way through and felt utterly exhausted afterwards!
